	Doug Sammons Elected Mayor, January 1, 2012. Doug formerly served as a Council Member and Chairperson of the Zoning & Planning Committee. Ron Hartoin Council Member, Vice Mayor and Chairperson of the Maintenance Committee. Tim Boll Council Member, Street Commissioner and Chairperson Of Police & Fire Committee. Fran Romweber Council Member and Chairperson of the Planning & Zoning Committee and the Beautification Committee. Frances Romweber, formerly Principal of Saint Ursula Academy in Cincinnati and a former councilwomen in Batesville, Indiana. Her career in education includes 19 years at the Oldenburg Academy in Oldenburg, Indiana as a teacher and principal. A graduate of Barat College (B.A.) and Indiana University (M.S.), Frances is married to Anthony (Tony) Romweber. Frances was elected to a 4 year term beginning Jan. 2004 and re-elected to council for another term beginning January 1, 2008, and re-elected January 1, 2012. Bill Welch Bill was appointed to council January 1, 2006. He has been the chairman of the Finance committee since that time. Bill and his wife of 30 years, Barb, have four sons: Bill, Kevin, Eric and Christopher. Bill is a founding Partner and President of a privately held Market Research Company - Service Industry Research Systems (SIRS) www.sirsinc.com Prior to SIRS, Bill was Manager of Planning and Consumer Research for the Kroger Company. He also worked in Advertising and store management for Kroger. He is a graduate of Elder High School and his education includes a Bachelor of Arts - University of Cincinnati 1972, a Master of Business Administration - University of Cincinnati 1977. Bill is a graduate of two Dale Carnegie courses. As far as other interests Bill is a member of the Marketing Task Force at Elder High School and the Treasurer of Doyle Country Club, a social club his family belongs to.
