Mr. Bill Grafe and Mark Bishop with Energy Alliances spoke about a possible gas aggregation agreement with Constellation for North Bend residents.  North Bend residents approved pursuit of gas aggregation in the last election.  They reviewed their company and their proposal for North Bend.  This will be an “opt-out” program similar to our electric aggregation.
