Jeanette Allender, a resident who lives next to Lakeview Drive, has an issue with a neighborís tree that she states may fall on her house. Dave Moorman said if the tree is a potential public risk, North Bend could do something, but as itís on private property, itís between the homeowners. She says the problem with the tree originates with the caving in of the street pavement around it. Ron Hartoin will investigate with Ms. Allender.
Mr. Nathan Redding, a resident who has fixed his sidewalk asked if other sidewalks in the Village are going to be repaired. Dave Moorman is following up with a number of residents and will continue to survey the Village sidewalks. Dave Moorman invited Mr. Redding to submit addresses and information on sidewalks that need repair.
