Job Responsibilities:

-        Government Accounting – daily/bi-weekly – A/p, a/r, payroll, reports, CIC

-        Monthly – Bank Reconciliation, CIC, Adjust Appropriations as needed

-        Quarterly – Reports

-        Annual – Tax Budget, Appropriations Budget, Annual Report;  W/C True-up Report

-        Bi-Annual – Audit, CIC Audit

Experience in using state software, UAN, preferred.
